Email signup privacy

Anicole LLC uses your email address and optional first name to send the candle, event and offer emails you request. Signup is optional, is not part of a purchase, and requires confirmation by email. We keep consent and confirmation records while you are subscribed.

Your signup is stored on our hosted website. Resend processes the automatic emails we send. Email open and click tracking is disabled for this signup service. Short-lived security cookies and hashed abuse-limit identifiers help protect the form.

Unconfirmed signups expire after 30 days and are removed by daily cleanup. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, we remove your name and signup history from the active list and retain only the email address and suppressed status, with the database identifier needed to honor your opt-out. Suppression has no scheduled expiry and is used only to prevent further marketing enrollment.

Unsubscribe using the link in your email. To request access or deletion, contact support@shopanicole.com. A minimal opt-out record remains to honor your choice. Routine protected website backups may retain earlier records until they expire; restored lists must be reconciled before sending.
